Questions Regarding Case List Display Properties - Case List Display Properties Are Not Displaying As They Should

In my application, in the E. Coli Test Results form, I set up display conditions such that the Name (name), Address (address), Gender (case_gender2), and Age (case_age2) appear on the case list. See the attached photo:

However, when I actually use the application, the only display conditions that are shown are name, gender, and age. Is there a reason why that is happening? See the attached photo:

You might have to scroll to the right? (If possible?) But it's generally only a good idea to have max 3 case list items, use the Case Detail menu for more info

I can resolve it. I don't know why but the solution was to log out and log in again to CommCare to see the case properties.
