In our application, in one of our forms, we have a question group called "E. coli and total coliform results". For some reason, even though we made the barcode question optional " Please enter the number on the sample (required)," it is still showing up as required on our application.
Is there a reason why this is happening? Any input regarding this would be much appreciated!
