Question lists

Hi Im trying to set up a question list so that on the android device I can
ask three questions which all have a yes no answer. Ive tried following the
instructions on the advanced android formatting page but still having
problems. Anyone got any advice? thanks

Hello,

Can you explain what you've done so far and what behavior you're seeing?
Including screen shots of your configuration would also be helpful.

Cheers,
Will

Hi Yes - thanks for your help. I've attached a screenshot. I muddled on
whether I have a group and a group list. I have created a group and then a
multiple choice (which I have put as a label) - this has the choice
answers. Then I have a list with the three options - these are
list-nolabel.

Essentially, I want a surgeon to be able to enter whether the follow three
(cervix, uterus and fistula) and visible, not or uncertain.

Really appreciate your help

Hi Nicola,

You currently have a group which will display each question on separate
screens. If you change this to a question list then all of the questions
will be displayed on the same screen.

Also, you will want to copy that multiple choice question into each of the
three groups. As currently configured you would only ask the question once.

Cheers,
Will

commcare. I have done it this way and still each question appears on a
separate screen? Plus the "please specify whether the following are
visible/ palpable' is not coming up at all. Screen shot attached. thx [image:
