Question List: Date Picker +/- buttons not working

I am using a question lists to combine related questions to fit in one page
on Android, minimizing swipes and speeding up workflow.
i.e. put both Date of CD4 test (date picker) and Result of CD4 test
(integer) on one page.

As a question list, the +/- buttons of the date picker stop working, and
the only way to change the date is to type it out on the phone's keyboard.

Using my Samsung S4 this works perfectly fine, and the UI for the date
picker has blue lines. However for our ASCs we are using $64 A9500 Android
models and the UI is different, I'm assuming it's the difference between
Android 4.0 and Android 4.3? The date picker has grey buttons, and this is
where we encounter the problem of non-functional +/- buttons.

Here's a picture of what our date picker looks like (not in question list
though).

Is this a small bug that can be easily fixed? In the worst case we'll just
separate the questions, but it would speed up form completion time to get
this working.

Thanks,
Sherry

Sherry,

Sounds like you're right about this being a 4.0 vs 4.3 issue.

Could you file a bug report on the form designer on HQ so that I can take a
look at your domain and application?

Best,
Will
