What a year it has been! As we wrap up a busy 2025, our focus has been on delivering tools that give you more control, better data, and a smoother experience. We are excited to share a variety of updates for you all, including:

CommCare Mobile Updates: A new version (2.60.0) with a modernized UI for Android 15, enhanced forced updates, and improved stability for mobile workers.

Enhanced Web User Invites: A streamlined workflow that allows admins to define user fields and permissions directly during the invitation process.

Granular Permissions: New controls for role-based access that let you restrict which user profiles specific roles can assign.

Custom Icon Badges: A new feature for mobile apps that displays high-level insights, like active case counts, directly on module icons.

Data Dictionary Validations: You can now enforce strict data types (Dates, GPS, etc.) for case properties directly in the Data Dictionary to prevent bad imports.

GeoJSON Export: A new export capability that allows you to extract case data with geolocation properties for seamless integration with GIS tools.

Billing & Terms Updates: Important updates to our Terms of Service, including simplified monthly billing with Autopay requirements and seamless auto-renewals.
