Problem with data dowload

Good morning
I collected data using repeat group. When I dowload the data are not
completed according to the data in the tablette. I have 100 people recruted
and submited but when i dowload, i have 90 people. On the tablettes, the
data are been send to the server.
Help!!

I’m having the same problem. I have 3 devices that I have been using for
months without issues. Today, the data collected and synced yesterday is
not able to be downloaded. I just get a blank form when I try to download
the data from yesterday. All the devices say the sync was successful.
What’s happening!?

Hi Tarbangdo,

Where are you trying to download the data from? You can check Submit
History report to see whether the data submitted by rest of 10 users has
reached the server or not.

Hello,

We’re currently experiencing an issue with one of our server processes
responsible for displaying form submissions in reports. This is causing
form submissions from the past few days not to appear in reports on some
domains. We’re urgently working to resolve the issue. Please note that the
issue lies exclusively in displaying the submissions - there has been *no
data loss *and all form submissions are securely in our database.

Sincere apologies for the inconvenience. We’ll communicate again when we
know more.
