Problem to access CommCare by the Head Nurse (ICP) in Kaya

The CHWs have sent their monthly reports but the Head Nurse (ICP) is
currently having problem to access CommCare on his mobile phone. Please
find below a message appearing on his mobile phone screen:

uj
uj
unhandled exception
in init!
java.lang. illgal state exception [storage utility [property] is in a
corrupted state
you must repair it before you can access it again.

Any advice on how to fix this issue, I’d appreciate

Perhaps the physical device is corrupted. Have you tried using a different
SD card, or installing the application on a different phone?

Hi Rowena,

It is the technical manager at the district level who contacted me with
this issue. He’s the person who provides technical support to the ICP and
CHWs locally in Kaya.
I will ask him to re-install the application. If the problem continues,
then I’ll get back to you again.

We changed the memory card and re-installed the application and it is now
working.
