Any have an idea, why since yesterday we are being unable to deploy. . to
it shows "Whoops, that didn't go through. Reload the page and click Make
New Version to try again." neither it helps to copy application to another
project.

Sorry to hear that you are having difficulties. It would help us greatly if
you were to send a bug report which will include the necessary information
for us to diagnose the problem.
You can send a bug report by clicking the 'Report an Issue' button at the
bottom right of the CommCare HQ page.
