Problem installing commcare-hq on Ubuntu 12.04, broken virtualenv and python

Hi, I recently tried to install commcare-hq and now my virtualenv and
system python is broken. Do you know how I can fix this problem? Thank you!

Sorry about the issues. We'll be more likely to be able to help you if you
describe the problem in as much detail as possible, specifically how you
were installing and in what way things are broken now.
