Preparing form exports for download taking ages

Hi,

Preparing form exports for download is taking a abnormally long time for me
and another CommCare user that I know (no progression after "filters
inactive while download in progress" label). Just wondering if anyone else
is experiencing this and whether it is an issue on the server end of things?

I am glad to see your message. I am seeing the same problem here in
Thailand, and I know that my colleagues in Laos saw it also today.

I submitted a support issue ticket, but no reply yet.

I hope it works again soon!

Anyone with knowledge of this, please let us know...

Good to know it is not just me! We will probably have to wait till the
Dimagi people are awake over in the US :slight_smile:

Hi,

It looks like there is a large backlog of tasks to process at the moment,
so certain things like export downloads will be picked up at a slower rate
than normal for a the next hour or so. We'll ping back here with an update
once it clears.
