I'm trying to figure out how to prefill questions with data gathered from a
previous visit. So if a mother went to prenatal check-up one, but not two.
One has the data saved and two allows me to change the answer from no to
yes and bring up a third, fourth, fifth question, etc.
Does anyone have advice on how to do this? I was trying to follow Advanced
Case Management Tutorial 4, but when I open the form after the initial
visit the answers are blank however it is opened to the correct question
(i.e. visit 2 if one was yes last time).

Hi Andie,
You can preload previous answers into questions by 1) saving the question
to the case in the case management tab in the form, then
2) navigating back to the question in the form builder, and loading that
case property into the 'default value' section of the same question. That
way, any response to that question previously saved to the case will appear
when you re-open the form to that same question. You can then change the
answer, and when you submit the form again, that case property will update
to the most recent response.
