Hi all.
There is a built excel dashboard that is linked to a daily saved export on
CommCare. I was tasked with updating the excel dashboard. First, I update data of daily saved exports in Commcare as seen in the image below.
But when I refresh data in the excel dashboard, I keep getting the following error:
“unable to open https://…[url]… cannot download the information you
requested”
What does this error mean? How can I resolve this?
