Pass data between two forms of different modules

Hello,
Just checking if someone have been able to do this, from what I know is not
easily supported by commcare. I want to pass data between two forms of
different modules.
Thanks.

Hi Peter,

This is supported by CommCare. To pass data between 2 forms, they need to
both require the same case type. If you click on the name of your module,
you'll see you specify the case type here at the module level, so if your
forms are in the same module you can pass data between all the forms. For
passing data between forms in 2 different modules, you need to make sure
that the two modules have the same case type.

For details on how to pass data between forms, please see "Linking between
forms" here:

Thanks,
Amelia
