Opening new application on CommCare app

Hello,

We are using CommCare for several surveys and have already downloaded the
CommCare app onto multiple tablets and used it for one application
(survey). Now, we would like to use the same tablets for a new application
(survey). How can we deploy the new application on the tablets, as we are
no longer prompted to enter an App Code. We are wondering if there is a way
to do this that doesn't need for us to uninstall and reinstall the CommCare
app.

Hello,

In the android settings under "applications" you can clear user data from
CommCare which should give you the installation code again. Note that you
should only do this after syncing completely or you will lose all data on
the phone that has not synced.

The other option would be to install both apps on the device in parallel.
You can do this by clicking the options menu button (the 3 dots in the
top-right corner) on the login screen and choosing “Go To App Manager”
which should allow you to install a second application.
