Notification Label Appears Separate from Question

I'm having difficulty using an advanced formatting feature. For some reason, when I set the appearance attribute of a label to 'floating-caution', the label and question shows on two separate screens. I would like them to show up together in one screen in CommCare.

How would I be able to achieve this?

Hi David,

I noticed that the label isn't currently inside of a question-list. I'm not sure whether the behavior of a floating caution label is clear when the label isn't in a question list (since there wouldn't be an 'anchor' question on the screen other than the floating label). I'd expect that creating a question list with the label inside of it would likely address the issue.
