Dimagi’s CommCare Support and Accounts teams will be attending our annual team summit from March 23–27, 2026. During this time, response times may be slower than usual.

Our teams will remain available to address critical issues affecting the core functionality of the CommCare HQ platform, as well as time-sensitive subscription management requests. If you experience such an issue, please include the word “URGENT” in the subject line of your email to help us prioritize your request.
