I just signed in to commcare,, I don't find the button to create , new
application , also I find the screen blank , that says , you don't have any
Apps, Is this because , I don't have project space.
I think I forgot to create project space during registration.
If I want to create project space now, how to do that.

It sounds like you have already created a project space. To create an
application you can click on the *Applications *menu at the top of the
screen and select New Application.

I'm not sure if this is the cause of the confusion, but I wanted to note
that there are two ways to log into CommCare- one as a web (CommCareHQ)
user and one as a mobile user for data entry.
If you want to modify your application, you need to log in as a CommCareHQ
(web) user. This means you got to www.commcarehq.org and log in with the
email address you used to create you CommCareHQ account.
If you log in with a mobile user email address (i.e. username@myproject.commcarehq.org) you will only be able to do one thing-
enter data for applications that have CloudCare (web-based data entry)
turned ON. You will not be able to modify or create applications and most
of the website will be blank. If you see this, log out and then log back in
as a CommCareHQ/web user. For more detail on CloudCare, see CloudCare here: https://help.commcarehq.org/display/commcarepublic/CloudCare+-+Web+Data+Entry

I don't remember the password for m9jiihmr@gmail.com, so once I say, forgot
password, it says me to change password, and it takes me to thhe password
change window. then I change the password, But still I am unable to log in
with m9jiihmr@gmail.com , It says, please enter a correct user name and
password.
Where did I miss?

When you click on "Forgot Password" you will have to enter your email
address; you will then get an email from commcarehq-noreply@dimagi.com. You
have to click on the link in the email to reset your password and then you
should be able to log in. It sounds like you were doing it correctly,
please just try once more.
If you have any problem with this/if it does not work, please use the
"report an issue" button at the bottom of the page and someone from the
CommCare team will follow up with you directly.
