New Feature: Add Hidden Values Anywhere!

Hi Users,

Those of you who use the "hidden value" question type know that hidden
values are always added at the bottom of your question tree in the form
builder. Your question tree may look something like this:

Now, you can add a hidden value anywhere in the question tree! New hidden
values will be added underneath the selected question just like any other
question type, and you can drag/drop them to reorganize them.

You can add them to groups, put them inside repeats, or organize them
wherever you want in the question tree. A new organization might look like
this:

Hidden values are still not displayed to the mobile worker, and nothing
about their functionality has changed. This should not affect existing
hidden values in your forms.

Thanks,
Amelia and the CommCareHQ Team

This is really really awesome! Is going to make complex logic a lot easier
to follow.

Confluence emailed me an update this morning that showed you deleted the
"you can't put data nodes in groups warning" from one of the pages. It was
like peaking at the Christmas presents early

I agree with Nick, I'm very excited to see this happen
