I am new to Commcare and still a community user. I am trying to set up our
questionnaire and build a form.
I work as an M&E specialist for a sport for development programme called
Just Play. We recently launched a pilot in India.
16 sessions of the programme are implemented in primary schools. The
process of data collection and gathering happens in the form of a
discussion with children before the sessions begins and tests their basic
knowledge and perception related to sanitation and hygiene and gender
equality . At the end of the sessions, the same set of discussion questions
are administered (discussion after) to the same set of children.
Please see attached the questionnaire. Can someone provide me guidance on
how to build this up in Commcare?

I have glanced through your questionnaire and I don't think that you need a
roster for this even though it is represented in a tabular format.
