My app is failing to make a new version

Hello,

Every time I would attempt to make a new version of my build, it only gives me a warning message that says "There is already a version build in progress. Please wait."

I have a pretty good internet connection now and I already restarted my browser and computer, but still no luck. This has been going on for about an hour now.

Is there a system error currently happening now?
