Scenario1: There were 7 users, each one was logged in with his/her own
login details and also was connected to internet. Everyone entered dummy
records in the form.
Question: When activity report was generated as Web user, only 2 were
appearing active while rests were inactive?
Question: Isn’t it possible to see complete list of entered patients,
though entered by different users but sync to same server and working in
same program?
Scenario 2: We have patient identifier number which has multiple
components, like province code, district code, serial number, year and etc,
separated by dash “–“
Question1: Is it possible that dash appears automatically if single digit
code for province is entered and before entering next component of patient
identifier number
Question2: During patient follow up visit, a follow up form is filled. To
initiate that entry one has to go into list of patients, identify one and
open the record. Ideally, it should show already entered data but patient
identifier number has to be entered again. Any way if this re-entry can be
avoided?

For scenario 1, I know you submitted a bug report for that, so we will
focus on scenario 2.
Question 1: I do not believe that this is a possible scenario. One
suggestion that you can try is to separate the fields into different
questions in a field list and then combine them with a hidden value behind
the scene with dashes.
Question 2: This should be possible by loading the patient ID as a case
property.For more info on how to do this, I would refer to the following
