My project is in 4 districts i need to make new role for admin each district to see just his data i dont want share all data with them ...can we do that ??

Unfortunately this is not possible in CommCare today. Its a feature we are
actively considering for a future release (potentially within the next 3-6
months).
In the mean time, there are a couple of options:
- A super-admin downloads the data themselves and shares it with each
district - You setup a different project for each district (although this is
painful for keeping the application the same in all the projects).
