Moving the Registration Form

Hi all,

I have moved my Registration form into a separate module in order to allow
me to improve the work flow between forms (make forms appear in order).
However, does this mean it is necessary to update the case management
settings of the Registration form from ‘Registers and New Case’ to
’Registers a New Case for Different Module’?

Thanks for your help

John

Hi John,

Good idea - we’ve seen that workflow work really well.

As long as your modules have the same case type, the same cases will appear
in the case lists of both modules. So if you “Register a New Case”, it will
appear in the case list of your other module automatically.

“Registers a Case for a Different Module” is really for modules that have a
different case type.

Best,
Amelia
