Good morning Dr. Mateen,
I will do my best to help. I know that our developers released a version of
CommCare ODK on the Google Playstore just 2 days ago, which might
potentially have impacted the SD card send. Is it possible to check what
version of CommCare ODK you are on, compared to the users?
It sounds as though the application is on Android. On the main screen when
you first log into your application, click on the menu button of the phone
(I believe its bottom left or right for Samsung). A list will pop up,
including an option "About CommCare" That will tell you both the
application version (App v###) and the CommCare ODK version. It should be
2.2# . The latest version is 2.28, I believe.
Can you compare that with what you see of the phone of the user
experiencing the problem, please? That will help me better determine the
problem (and if I need to reach out to the developers for help).
*NB: I have copied the commcare-users group, in case someone can jump in
with some suggestions.
Best,

Hope you are fine and doing well, it's pleasure for me to start working
with you. there is a technical question about the getting and sending
report through SD cards. At the past there wasn't any problem but now I
faced some problem. In our project we are using Samsung GT-S7582 that to
powered by Android 4.2.2, and I have a Samsung J2 at the office (Android
5.1.0). The problem is that while we get mobile users report through SD
memory card and want to send by my cell phone the is no report to submit
but while I tried this with same model the report was available and give me
chance to submit. Please help me on this issue and if needed to direct
discussion my Skype ID is available bellow.Best Wishes

Subject: Moving onDear Dr. Mateen,
As you know, I'm leaving Dimagi this month to go for higher studies. Carla
Legros (copied), from Dimagi West Africa will be the point of contact for
World Vision Afghanistan going forwards. She's based in Kenya and has
implemented WV projects in several countries.Regarding the training with MoPH that we couldn't do this month, please
continue the conversation forward with Carla. As of now, Dimagi security
policy doesn't allow anyone from travelling to Afghanistan. Maybe we can
work out some other solution. It was a pleasure to work with you and the Afghanistan team. I'll always
fondly remember our training in Dubai. Your high level of dedication to
this project is exemplary among mHealth officers that I've worked with.Id mubarak in advance. I've copied my personal mail. Would love to hear
about how the program evolves inWith best wishes,
