Hello, if it is a form, the records that are there cannot be adjusted. If they were sent to a case type, then you can adjust them in batches.
Importing with Excel
And now there is a new way to edit cases in bulk.
I'm leaving this here in case it helps.

Hi Mili,
Thanks for posting this, and welcome to CommCare Community. From what I understand, you are either trying to update submitted forms in bulk or maybe updating multiple cases via a single form submission. Neither of these functionalities is currently available on CommCare.
You can update form submissions one by one using Clean form submission, and as Fernando mentioned, if the form is updating cases, you can update the cases in bulk using the Case import with Excel or the Bulk Update Case Data Tool. Let us know if we have understood correctly. If you need further help, I would love to support you.
Best,
Shiv
I've run into this before when trying to clean up a bunch of records at once. It's definitely a pain to do them one by one. If you don't want to mess with the Excel upload/download, you could try using a bulk edit tool or a browser extension that handles form automation. It usually saves a ton of time compared to clicking through every single entry manually.
I can see this conversation is about modifying multiple records in CommCare. Let me provide some additional context and clarification.
Hi Eris_Casper and Mili,
Just to clarify the options available in CommCare for bulk modifications:
If you're working with cases (as Shiv and Fernando mentioned), you have these official options:
If you're working with form submissions, the options are more limited:
Important note about third-party tools: While browser extensions or automation tools might seem convenient, I'd recommend sticking with CommCare's official tools to avoid potential data integrity issues or unintended consequences.
@Mili - Could you clarify whether you're trying to modify form submissions or case data? That will help us point you to the best solution.
Best,
