Mobile user login error: "Timed out waiting for Remote Response"

What does it mean if I am getting an error for one mobile user that says:

“Timed out waiting for Remote Response (Voir la notification pour les
details)”

Despite the message, I can’t actually locate any other information about
the issue. And I know it is not connection related because I set up 7 other
phones at the same time on the same internet connection without any issues.

Hi Sarah,

If you’re sure it’s not network then the next likely problem would be that
the user has a large amount of data which is causing sync to be slower than
normal. Typically trying a few times in a row is sufficient to make it
work. If you’re still unable to sync after multiple attempts then I’d
recommend reporting an issue and including the username you’re having
problems with.
