I recently upgraded to Medisoft Network Pro v20 and the mobile application was working. I was able to connect one ipad to Medisoft and submit superbills. Yesterday I connected another ipad and that was working as well. Then I shutdown the main computer which acts as the server and now the mobile application is not working. Under Diagnose Mobile the Service Status is Service not running and under Local Services the McKesson MSL Mobile API Server has said ‘Starting’ for the last hour. Is there another setting I need to check?
