For our intervention study we use to register a household in the community
and then close it If some other family comes in same household. We used to
close that earlier registration and give new registration no. to the new
family. However with high rate of migration and few month lease agreement
its becoming a problem now.
We want to keep registration open and just give a unique identifier to the
new family.

Hi Latika,
Are you closing the existing household cases? You can also edit / change
the existing household cases and give them a new registration number if
that is what you need.
