Messaging tab not coming

Hi All

I have set commcarehq on local machine.

but i havent seen the messaging tab like i have seen other commcarehq site

Help me for the same

Hi,

If you're running locally you'll need to give your project a higher
subscription level so that you can use certain features.

You can do so by running this command in your project root, replacing with the project you setup:

python manage.py make_domain_enterprise_level

Change the subscription type in settings settings to a higher bundle that includes messaging.

I have enter the detail inBroadcast Messages
http://127.0.0.1:8000/a/kids/reminders/broadcasts/ added receipt to it
I got message " Message sent" and in the log i can able to see
receipt and number but not actully send the SMS
