I was working to develop a new form. But it seems to me that someone has deleted it.
How to recover???

Hello!
If you made any builds (also called new versions of your app) while you were working on that form, you could revert to that build and that would restore the corresponding saved state of the form. This is done on the App's release page.
You could then go to the form's Settings and Actions tab and download the form XML. Finally, you could return to the Release Page, revert to your most recent build and upload the form XML you downloaded.
