Lookup Tables not working in Forms

Hi,

Following on from yesterday, is there now a problem with Lookups in Forms
in CloudCare?

Spent a bit of time with new bits this morning and then went to older forms
and get the same message.

internal error handling request: <class 'urllib2.HTTPError'>: HTTP Error
500: INTERNAL SERVER ERROR

Much thanks in advance

Tim

Hey Tim,

We've reproduced this and are looking into it urgently.

Hi Cory,

Does this also explain why App Updates seem to be slow?

Tim

Hey Tim,

The fixtures issue is resolved now. The server has been slow for the last
few days and we have been actively working on making it faster and better
better understanding the problem. In the meantime you may see
slower-than-normal responsiveness on many parts of the site, including app
updates.

Hi Cory,

I have just been trying to upload a revised User List and this exposes the
same behaviour as the LookUp Tables.

Could they have the same cause?

Best

Hi Cory,

It has now completed - took a long time, but also could be because I have
added some required fields and not filled them :frowning:
