I would like to know how do I reference locations using look-up tables? I have tried doing it but unfortunately after adding this instance('locations')/countrys/country/provinces/province code, it only displays one province, while I wanted to displays all the provinces in that specific country. Once I have the provinces, I also wanted to display the ALL the clinics in the chosen province.
Any advise?

To prevent overwhelming the device, by default CommCare only sends the location hierarchy branches that a user is currently assigned to.
This behavior can be configured, though, to include all locations of certain types for a user.
