Lookup Table error: Value Field vs. Display Text Field

Hi,

I'm getting an error in my Lookup Table when the Value Field and the Display Text Field is different. One stores the actual value and the other a more appropriate label.

When they are the same I have no issue. When they are different I get the following error:

I'm not sure where I'm supposed to modify the reference for it to work.

You have to connect them the same and add another lookup table where you use the Id to lookup the label. add them together in a question ID
