Login error: "Couldn't securely connect to the server"

I have two CHW usernames I am trying to log-in to my application but they
keep getting the error message:

"Couldn't securely connect to the server"

What does this mean? I was able to login on 6 other usernames with the same
wifi connection yesterday but both yesterday and today I keep getting this
error.

Thanks,
Sarah

Perrie,

This error can occur for a number of reasons and are usually device or
connection related. If you find that you consistently can't connect with
the CommCare server despite having otherwise good internet on your device,
please report a bug on CommCareHQ so we can take a look at your individual
case.

Thanks,
Will
