Login Duration for CommCare Mobile

Hi
The maximum duration, once you are logged into the phone/tablet, is 24
hours and following this re-login is required.
The problem here is that when in the field collecting data our mobile
workers are out for a period of anything from a day to a week. For those
who are out in the field collecting data for longer than 24 hours without
internet facilities for re-logging in, is there any way of increasing the
login period to enable the mobile worker to continue with data collection?
Any advice/feedback welcome.

Hi Amanda,

This shouldn’t be a problem - the mobile workers should still be able to
login, even without internet facilities. We will store their data and
login information on the phone until they get back to internet
connectivity.
