Issues with mSakhi (commcare) application use

Hi Girdhari,

I'll let the mobile team handle your first question, though I suspect
they'll want a link to the build files and want to know what phones
you are running on.

For the second one, can you try running through the CommCare is
Broken! (https://wiki.commcarehq.org/display/commcarepublic/CommCare+is+Broken!)
guide and the GPRS setup instructions and report back?
(GPRS Setup - CommCare Public - CommCare Public)

thanks,
Cory

I think it's possible that the first issue you mentioned is the phone
trying to submit the data. Does that ring true to people? We are
seeing the same problem in our app. Maybe we should update the text of
the confirmation to suggest that they should wait while the data
submits?

It is very likely that the first issue is the phone submitting data in the
background. What model of phone are you using and where is the application
you're installing?

Dear Amelia – Hi !

Was trying to reach you over phone but couldn’t reach. We are facing 2
issues with application usage in Bahraich

  1. Done (used to move to the next prompt) is not working or taking

a

lot of time while moving from one form to another (the phone hangs in
some
cases and needs application restart) – in most of the cases it is the
last
prompt of the form. I cannot figure out why this is happening, please
see
if
there are any such experiences in the past.

  1. Fetch Data is not working in phones where we have loaded the

current version of the application. The phone is throwing the following
error: Java.IO.IOException[61-Error in HTTP Operation] (Network check is
OK).

Please see if you can identify the possible causes and solutions, if
any.

The application is working fine on my mobile though.

warm regards,
