Issues with Data Export

Hi all,

We’ve seen reports that some users are seeing error messages when trying to
export data. We’ve been working hard on resolving the issue.

As of now, data exports from HQ are slower than usual but will work if you
give them time.

Hi all,

We are aware that in the process of fixing the issue above, HQ has
temporarily gone down. It will be back up ASAP (hopefully in a matter of
minutes).

Hi All,

CommCare HQ is back up. We’re looking into the issues that caused the
downtime and are working to fix them.
