Hey .we have migrated specific case data from covid application to echis using importing excel data , but family cases we have migrated fully by mapping the location id of echis with covid owner_id ,that works fine and uploaded
but when it comes to client data we have mapping the owner_id like the above but client needs family to be mapped but on this cases we have used below steps
- we have exported uploaded family data for that specific zone from echis and used there case_id as parent_case_id for client as one column and uploaded it but this seems not to work or linked with it's family cases data any one would be happy to help me on this .
