Is "automatically close cases" in the PRO subscription level?

  • You know the case management feature where you can give the app a rule to automatically close cases when, for example, it has not been touched in the last 90 days, or some rule like that.
  • Can you confirm that that "automatic case closing" feature is allowed at the PRO subscription level?
