Internal Server Error?

Hi all,

I'm trying to access the commcare website to download some data, but I

get "internal server error" whenever it tries to load. Is there something
wrong on my end or is it on commcare's end? Thanks in advance!

It's working now, sorry

Hi Irwin,

Glad it's working for you now! We have noticed some instability in the
CommCareHQ that could temporarily cause these errors and are actively
working on it.

Thanks,
Amelia

Hello everyone --

Hmm -- Now this outage seems to be happening again. I go to log in to
commcare and I get a simple flat "Internal Server Error" page.

This is when I go to: Log In :: CommCare HQ - CommCare HQ

I will look for the bug-reporting link and post there too. Let me know any
thoughts on the whys and whens of the outage...

Thanks!
Eric

Oh -- now, 10 mins later, it is working again. Since now of course I
slightly wonder if this issue is actually still intermittent, maybe let me
know your thoughts on the status of this maybe-fixed issue...

Hey Eric,

We're aware of the issue and are continuing to track it down (see other
email I just sent).

HI Cory,

Is it affecting syncing with server issues as well? Because some of my
mobile workers are having trouble syncing with the server since last week

KInd regards,
Ameera

Hey Ameera,

The server issues have been resolved and sync should not be affected.
Please use the "report an issue" button if you have phones that are unable
to sync.

best,
Cory
