Incomplete forms error (More than one xform present)

We are getting an error with saved or incomplete xforms. Can anyone explain what the cause of this error is? See pic below:

Hey Calvin,

I think you have caught a bug in our latest release. Would you be able to submit a bug report for this issue ? We will try to get this resolved asap.

Calvin, we have pushed an update on Playstore (CommCare 2.47.2) to fix this issue. Will you be able to update CommCare from Play store and see if this is resolved for you subsequently.
