I'm attempting to include mobile worker info like First Name, Last Name and
custom data fields in the form they submitted. I've attempted to use hidden
value with calculated field on the form but facing the error saying that
the xpath is not returning any data.
The requirement is to include these mobile worker info when the user export
the forms. So is there any other way without having to add these info to
the form definition, please let me know.

I've already tried as stated in the tutorial. It only shows as "Unknown"
instead of the actual value I've set. For e.g. I have a user called demo1
and I've set it's custom field "position" as "supervisor. In the hidden
field > calculated value, the xpath is *if(count(instance('commcaresession')/session/user/data/position)

Can you try sync your phone? If that doesn't work, can you let us know if
removing and re-installing your application fixes it?
Thanks,
