Inability to send SMS surveys

Hi all,

Does anyone have any ideas what might be preventing me from sending SMS
surveys to a case group? I am able to enable cases to receive SMS messages
rom the Broadcast Massages section, but when I try to send one of my forms
as an SMS survey, instead, nothing happens. Is there a setting that I need
to enable? I searched through the help pages but can't find a lead..

Hi John,

We'll take a look - can you report an issue from your project space and
include the name of the case group and the form that you're sending as a
survey?
