Improved Permissions for Web Users

Dear Users,

I'd like to inform you all of new feature we just added. You can now choose
between three roles a user can have: Admin, App Editor, and Read Only.
Previously there was not the Read Only option. This lets you grant someone
read-only access to your domain, letting them see reports, etc, but not
letting them edit anything.

Unless you seek to use this feature, everything should have stayed the same:
Admins can add and remove users to the domain, and everyone else can only
edit applications. To make an existing user Read Only, go to Users, Web
Users, , set the Role to "Read Only", and hit
Submit.

New users created from now on will have Read Only access by default. You can
change users permissions by setting the Role as described above.
