Importing issues

Hi there,

I imported many cases onto a mobile user from HQ and I added 3 new cases
via the mobile, afterwards the case list appeared to be fine. Since then I
have updated commcare several times. When I came back to the mobile user
all the cases have dissapeared apart from the 3 new cases created on the
phone.

Please tell me how I can solve this issue as there is a lot of data at
stake!

Thank You,

Heidi

Hey Heidi,

It is very unlikely your data is gone, but more likely a configuration
issue with how the cases are assigned. If you report an issue and provide
as much detail as possible someone on our support team can take a look.

thanks,
Cory

No Problem, I have back ups of the data so I'm not worried about losing it
now, just in the future. Where is the best place to report the issue? On
the page when I'm uploading or can I report it on the phone?

On the page you're uploading works.
