Importing cases/data from Excel

I am trying to import data from Excel. The import show successful. But I can see it only i few places. e,g, I cannot get the data when I am trying to download from Data tab. I have selected Active, De active and Web user as the user filter and current date as the date filter. But i can see int he App Preview. Also I can see in the Case List of Report Tab

  1. Can I import all the columns of data collected in an external app

  2. Can import data for followup form
