Since the spring of 2017, when I came onboard as CommCare's product lead, my strongest and most consistent source of inspiration has been the hundreds of Country Offices of international NGOs doing amazing and impactful things with mobile-based digital solutions.
Be it CARE's Cameroon team who deployed a CommCare app in the hands of CHWs to provide continuum of care to over 300,000 most-at-risk for HIV as a part of the ambitious CHAMP program, or Catholic Relief Services's India team who deployed a solution to support over 7000 ASHA Supervisors in the state of Utter Pradesh in India, or more recently Better Cotton's India team who deployed a CommCare solution to provide support to over 40k smallholders cotton famers in India just within this year so far.
Supporting Digital, M&E and Program leaders within such ambitions COs contiunues to remain my team's top priority. Towards that I am happy to annouce our inaugural community gathering where Erin Quinn, our Head of Customer Success, will faciliate an informal, fun and nurturing space for COs to tap into her learnings on what works and what doesn’t, and to also learn from each other.
