Icon image sizing

I have followed all I can find online regarding resizing images. I have an app that we contracted Dimagi to build with very large icons for modules/forms. About 2 in x 2 in per icon. I cannot however do the same with my app. I tried auto resizing options as well as increasing pixel size of images, but it is not working.

Any suggestions? Instead of a very small icon on the left with a module/form name to the right, I want a larger icon with the name of the module/form below it!

I think you're referring to the "Menu Grid" display style for your menus.
