I cant log in using a mobile worker

i have created an application and its working in demo but i cant log in
using a mobile worker and also when i try sending a form using am admin its
not working

Hi Ralph,

You will need a data connection on your phone to restore a mobile worker to
the phone (this happens when you log in as a mobile worker for the first
time). You will also need a data connection to submit forms. Is your
phone's data connection set up?

You can check if your data connection is configured correctly by doing a
"network test" from the phone. See how to do a network test and
instructions on setting up your Nokia phone's GPRS settings here:
