How to use info.case.id

Hi All,
I have cases whose names are missing. Can I use the info.case.id to get the
names of the cases? please can anyone help me.

Me also like you i have this problem ..no case name for any case i dont know why .

Hi,

Are you looking at a form or case export?

If you have a form export that has info.caseid, also download a case
export. Then you can use a VLOOKUP in Excel to link the name from the case
export to the form export.
